You can get your artwork within three business days, depending upon the number of artworks required and providing those timely responses and feedback are in order, and your 50% deposit from the quoted amount has been paid.

Unfortunately, we would be unable to schedule the project until a 50% deposit is made to the MMG ACCOUNT or via BANK TRANSFER (details can be sent upon confirmation). This is to lock in the project in terms of scheduling and reserve my time in creating your brand imagery/ assets.

Unfortunately, no, artwork do demand skill, patience, wear and tear on processing machines and most importantly, time. A fee would be attached on every artwork.

Kindly send all logo in a PNG format or the original source file, while other files may work, PNG files may work best, and would promote better quality artwork. Images sent via WhatsApp would not be recommended as well. We would not be responsible for the loss of quality of the artwork if the appropriate formats are not sent. All resources should be sent via email.

As a graphic designer, I would advise not to put information that is not mandatory by USFDA as to offer enough real estate for the other elements of the design of the label. A lot of information would result in a smaller fort size, although the text would be legible in the artwork I would send, there is a high possibility that the printer that the artwork would be printed on would not be compatible to print the small amounts of details. A printer that supports at least 300DPI is recommended.

If an artwork is approved and sent, and the print ends up being too small or blurry, the responsibility would be on the printer used. Changes can always be facilitated afterwards, but the time spent on changes would need to be scheduled and invoiced for.

There is room for creativity if the label is large enough to accommodate demands. We must consider label size and legibility.

Changes do take time, scheduling, patience and wear and tear on the machines used to produce these artworks, thus, every scope of work outside of the agreed upon artwork (prior to the quotation) will have a cost attached.

Our priority remains with delivering quality artwork on the initial stage of production, thus to reduce the risk of additional changes to be made in the future, which may cost more in the long run. While others may charge cheaper, the risk of redoing artwork at a later stage of production is higher, especially when it comes to international standards for consumables.
